Homework for the week of May 22, 2017

n  The last day of school is Wednesday, May 24th.  It is a minimum day and dismissal is at 12:45.  This will be a Free dress day.

n  Tuesday, May 23rd is our awards assembly.  It is at 9:45.  I wrote in planners of students receiving awards at the assembly.  Not all students get an award at the awards assembly.

n  Field Day is also the last day of school!

There is no homework this week!  Please have your child read daily over the summer.  Have them keep a journal, so they will continue to practice on writing.  Also, they need to continue to work on knowing their multiplication and division math facts.  Thank you for a wonderful year!!

Homework for the week of May 1, 2017

n  The students started the state test last week.

They will do parts of it for the next couple weeks.  Please have your child to school on time.  Please make sure they get a good night sleep and breakfast in the morning. This will help them concentrate, so they can do their best and show what they have learned!

n  Please have your child review their old Math unit tests. Help them fix the ones they got wrong.

Also, they can take practice tests on the Sage Portal website as a guest.

Thank you to all the parents who volunteered for our field trip for this Thursday.  We can only take 2 volunteers, so by the luck of the draw, Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Cook’s names were selected.  We will be outside, so please have your child dress for the weather!!
